# What You'll Need:

→ Chicken

01 - 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ Flatbread

07 - 2 large flatbreads or naan
08 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
09 - 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

→ Topping

10 - 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
11 - 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
12 - 1/4 cup shaved parmesan cheese
13 - freshly cracked black pepper to taste
14 - cherry tomatoes sliced optional

# How To Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F for baking the flatbreads.
02 - Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Grill or pan-sear over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
03 - Place flatbreads on a baking sheet. Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese.
04 - Bake for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are crisp.
05 - Remove flatbreads from oven and arrange sliced chicken on top.
06 - In a bowl, toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing until evenly coated.
07 - Pile dressed lettuce over the chicken. Garnish with shaved parmesan, black pepper, and optional cherry tomatoes. Slice and serve immediately.
