# How To Make It:

01 - Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels and season evenly with salt, pepper, Italian herbs, and smoked paprika.
02 - Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak cubes in batches for 1-2 minutes per side until browned. Transfer to the crockpot.
03 - Add minced garlic and onion to the skillet, adding more butter if needed. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
04 - Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, scraping up browned bits from the bottom. Pour mixture over steak in the crockpot.
