03 - Spread seasoned Brussels sprouts on prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Scatter chopped turkey bacon evenly over the top.
04 - Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking. Brussels sprouts should be golden with crispy edges and turkey bacon fully cooked.
05 - Transfer to serving dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately while hot.
