01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika if using. Toss to coat evenly.
03 - Spread coated Brussels sprouts evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Scatter chopped turkey bacon over the top.
04 - Roast in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking, until Brussels sprouts are golden and turkey bacon is crisp.
05 - Remove from oven, drizzle with fresh lemon juice, and sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
